Teachers
Irina Pähn has finished the Tallinn Ballet School and has worked as a ballet artist at Estonian National Opera from 1982 until 2002. She has taught professionals and hobby dancers alike.
Tuuli Peremees has finished the Tallinn Ballet School and received an MA degree at Tallinn University as a director-choreographer. She has danced at Estonian National Opera for 21 years and performed in most of the classical and contemporary ballet productions as a soloist or in corps de ballet. Tuuli has directed productions at the Estonian National Opera Winter Garden – Debussy’s “Twelve Moments of Spring” in 2003, Vivaldi’s “Seasons” in 2005 and Schubert’s “Death and the Maiden” in 2007. She has worked as a ballet teacher for many years.
Kaire Kasetalu finished the Tallinn Ballet School in 1993 and has danced at the Estonian National Opera until 2014. Her favourite roles were stepmother in “Cinderella” (Murdmaa’s choreography), Myrta in “Giselles” and mother in “Cassandra”. In addition Kaire has danced in productions by R. North, M. Murdmaa, D. Hartchenko, M. Bigonzetti, T. Härm, T. Edur and others. She has participated in several contemporary and classical ballet workshops in Estonia and Finland and has cooperated with other contemporary choreographers, including B Young, M. Blossfeldt and M. Kangro. She started teaching in 2013 in My Fitness, Rocca al Mare School and in studio Tasapisitasakaal.
Kaja Kreitzberg -graduated from the Tallinn Ballet School and worked at the Estonian National Opera (RO Estonia) for 22 seasons, performing in the corps de ballet as well as dancing solo roles. Since 2006, alongside her theater work, she has served as a senior-level ballet teacher at the Tallinn Ballet School. Under her guidance, the school has seen graduates such as Anna Roberta (National Ballet soloist), Helen Bogatch (Northern Ballet junior soloist), Serafima Kolodkina (producer at SA Vaba Lava Narva), Elina Masing (dancer, actress, performance artist), Anita Kuriljova (dancer, choreographer, teacher at MUBA), and Elise Pottmann (actress). Kaja has also been a member of the Ballet and Dance Jury for the Estonian Theatre Union’s annual awards. Currently, she works at MUBA as a specialty teacher. teacher.
Christina Krigolson -graduated from the Tallinn Ballet School in 2011 and worked in the ballet company of the Estonian National Opera for 12 years. During this time, she performed in all of Estonia’s classical productions, from Toomas Edur’s Swan Lake to John Cranko’s Onegin. She also took part in exciting contemporary productions such as Eve Mutso’s Kaja, Gianluca Schiavoni’s Medea, and Annabel Lopez Ochoa’s A Streetcar Named Desire. Christina is currently pursuing qualifications as a personal trainer and youth movement specialist.
Marge Ehrenbusch – director, has graduated from Tallinn University Choreography Department as a choreographer and dance teacher. She is one of the founders of Estonian Dance Agency. She has managed her own dance studio MRG and Kaie Kõrb Ballet Studio for 10 years now and has taught in Finland, worked as a choreographer in Estonia and Latvia for many musicals and drama productions and also has been the head organizer of School Dance Festival for 4 years. Now she is focused on teaching adult hobby ballet dancers.
